You can find grapes almost in every country, they are very durable tough and good to eat. 1 Extract the grapes from its stock, by picking each one individually

4 Put the mashed grapes in a cooking pot and boil on low flame for 12 minutes

1 get about 10 full sized oranges

2 Wash thoroughly in cold water to remove dirt form the surface

3 Cut the orange into 2 or 4 half’s

4 Remove the seeds with you fingers or a spoon

5 Extract the juice with a motorized citrus blender, fruit juice extractor or manual juice extractor.

6 Remove roughages or leave if you fill like chewing some

7 Serve fresh or refrigerated

Another method

1 peel the orange and cut into half

2 use an extractor to remove the juice

3 make a syrup by putting sugar into water and boil

4 add the syrup to the orange juice

5 refrigerate and serve cold


This method works but you will not get 100% orange fruit juice, some people use the second method because they may find the taste of the orange to sweet.

How to make tomato juice

Making the juice

1 use an adequate number of tomatoes (3 pounds)

2 Wash thoroughly to remove black spots, dirt and germs.

3 Cut them into small slices

4 Cut celery and add to mixture

5 Chop up a small onion and add

6 Add a tablespoon of sugar

7 1 teaspoon of salt

8 Simmer in stainless steel for 30 minutes with lid open

9 Force mixture through a strainer or sieve

10 Return to cooker and bring to a boil

11 Allow to cool completely

12 Then store securely in an airtight container

13 Refrigerate and serve cold
